Dr. Woteki is a well-respected scholar and a leader in science policy. She has held positions such as the Undersecretary for the USDA’s Research, Education, and Economics mission area, the Dean of the College of Agriculture at Iowa State University, and currently, as a Professor of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Iowa State University.
