Kazi Ashik Islam is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science and Network Systems Science and Advanced Computing (NSSAC) division at the Biocomplexity Institute. He received his master’s degree in computer science at the University of Virginia in 2023. His research is focused on Heuristic Search, Mixed Integer Programming, Agent-based Simulation, and Game Theory.
