Abstract/Short Description

The U.S. Army is interested in understanding how the physical, cognitive, and social characteristics of Soldiers influence their ability to successfully meet the challenges of a world in persistent conflict. Our research aims to identify the social characteristics of Soldiers, define, and quantify them in the context of administrative data, and assess their impact on individual and unit performance.
