The U.S. Army collects significant administrative and survey data about Soldiers,  including training, positions held, deployments, command climate, accessions, pay,  waivers, demographics, health, global assessments, and family characteristics. Our research leverages and integrates these data sources to develop predictive models and metrics describing Soldiers’ career pathways. The goal is to develop a longitudinal characterization of the nature and acquisition of Soldiers’ knowledge, skills, and behaviors
