Abstract/Short Description
We are using proprietary real estate sales data and a variety of empirical methods to account for selection to study the property prices impacts of the rural Broadband Intuitive Program implemented in 2010 by USDA. We examine how the estimated effects vary by broadband technology, size of award per household or degree of rurality of the service area.
