Bio
Edward Wu is an Assistant Research Professor in the Social and Decision Analytics Division within the Biocomplexity Institute at the University of Virginia. Ed received his PhD in statistics from the University of Michigan in 2021. His doctoral research focused on developing methods for analyzing randomized experiments with applications to education and public policy. Prior to joining the division, he was Science Policy Fellow with American Statistical Association, where his work included promoting data science and data literacy education and advocating for the importance of the federal statistical system.
