Aniruddha Adiga is a Research Assistant Professor of Biocomplexity. His research interests include signal processing and machine learning, with a current focus on modeling and forecasting infectious diseases. He is co-leading infectious disease forecasting efforts at the Biocomplexity Institute, where his work involves developing statistical and deep-learning models for real-time predictions.
Aniruddha Adiga received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science in 2018, with a focus on sparse signal representation and blind deconvolution algorithms. Previously, he held roles as a Research Scientist, Postdoctoral Associate at the Biocomplexity Institute, and Postdoctoral Fellow at North Carolina State University.
