Contagion Science Program Kick-off Meeting

We are hosting a kick-off meeting at the Biocomplexity Institute to formally launch the Contagion Science and Technology Program, which was funded as part of the University of Virginia’s Prominence-to-Preeminence Fund for STEM research across Grounds.

The Biocomplexity Institute serves as the organizing unit for the program, and in the spirit of transdisciplinary science, we have agreed to join forces with broad and comprehensive partnership of the University of Virginia Schools of Engineering & Applied Science, Data Science, Medicine, and the College of Arts & Sciences.

Together, we will build the program and work toward making progress to establish an integrative science approach to contagion science.
